GHEMME DOCG

The colour is ruby red with orange edges as it develops. The nose is delicate with suggestions of violet and liquorice. In the mouth the tannins are soft, but the wine still retains its bite.

Food Pairing: Uncork a few minute before serving in a large glass. It enhances red meat, braised beef, wild game and seasoned cheeses.
