Since 1886 De Cecco have been choosing the best durum wheat to guarantee a pasta with unique qualities and a perfect cooking performance made with bronze die and traditional production methods that stay true to their 125 years old family recipe. As well as using the very best durum wheat, the spring water of Fara San Martino – considered to be the purest in Italy – flows from the mountains directly to the factory of De Cecco improving the taste and quality of the pasta.
