BORTOLOMIOL

Without doubt Bortolomiol is one of the finest producers of prosecco helping to create the modern prosecco and the first in 1960 to produce a brut style. Some very fine cuvee wines such as the organic IUS Naturae are produced with the scents of pear and apple, these delicious proseccos are the epitome of the flowery and fresh style that has made prosecco such a huge success!

CASA GHELLER

Owned by the leading Prosecco producers situated near Valdobbiadene; part of the Villa Sandi group owned by the Polegato family. They make a wide range of excellent DOC and DOCG Proseccos superbly packaged in the Casa Gheller bottle. Casa Gheller also produce a range of Frizzante and Spumante wines to meet the demands of the value end of the Italian sparkling wine market.

FERRARI TRENTO DOC

Founded in 1902, Ferrari Trento produces the benchmark traditional method sparkling wine in Italy. With its mountain viticulture, Trentino is an area that is extraordinarily suited to the production of sparkling wines of great elegance and complexity: the alternation of warm days and cool nights gives added quality to the grapes.

PERLINO

The Perlino company was founded in 1905 by Guiseppe Perlino to produce Asti Spumante wines and Vermouths near the town of Asti in the Piemonte region. Since then the business has grown substantially and moved to a new site having taken over a number of other businesses in the region.

CANTINE SGARZI LUIGi SRL

The family Sgarzi has been growing vines and producing wines for many generations in Castel San Pietro Terme, a city located on the “wine route” a gastronomical itinerary, among plain and hill, at the point where Emilia becomes Romagna, a region where the vine has been cultivated from the most ancient times.

 

LE CONTESSE

Le Contesse was founded by the Bonotto family in the early seventies and specialises in the production of high quality sparkling wines. The aim of this winery is to combine the traditional with the modern by creating a wine making system based on scientific rigour as well as years of wine making history.

Tombacco has been a family business for generations. It is the archetypal bottler and blender sourcing wines from all over the Veneto region and indeed most of Italy. Apart from the classic Veronese wines and excellent Pinot Grigio, owner Cristian Tombacco also sources a great Falanghina IGT Beneventano under the Piantaferro label.

Cadis 1898

Formerly Cantine di Soave, this leading Cooperative is amongst the best equipped in Italy, responsible for producing around 50% of all Soave and Valpolicella, which we believe are set to regain their rightful place amongst the classic wines of Italy.  Also produced is the Lessini Durello, produced from 100% Durella grape.

VELENOSI

Velenosi was established in 1984 by Angela and Ercole Velenosi and now produces over 1.8 million bottles each year. In just three decades they have created a winery with state-of-the-art equipment and a range of excellent wines, all produced with dedication and passion. Just over half of their output is now exported to 35 countries worldwide.

It all began in 1946, in the nurra area. in 1959, one hundred of th local workers decided to enter into a cooperative and dound the cantina santa maria la palma. their dedication to quality is the thread that runs throughout the winerys history. using select methods and techniques to produce the finest grapes, enhancing and protecting the soil. all with the view to exceed consumers expectations and being worthy to inherit the noble traditions thei carry forward.
