FALANGHINA IGT BENEVENTANO PIANTAFERRO 

Deep yellow in colour with vivid bright green reflections. An intense aroma, the bouquet is warm yet fresh with pleasant suggestions of fresh toasted hazelnut. On the palate the initial warm embrace is followed by a pleasant sour note. The wine becomes long and perfectly persistent with satisfying fresh notes on the aftertaste.

Food Pairing: Suitable for seafood appetizers, pasta dishes and an array of fish & seafood such as mussels, fish soup, clams and grilled or baked fish. Also great with white meats with aromatic seasoning such as herb infused chicken.
