BIRRA FLEA ADELAIDE APA

A pale yellow, pure malt beer with a fresh, distinctly bitter flavour and excellent drinkability. It’s very aromatic, with hints of citrus and fresh hay from the American hops, and features a compact, creamy, and persistent head.  Unfiltered, unpasteurized, top-fermented and second fermentation in the bottle.

Food Pairing:   Thanks to its moderate alcohol content and the uniqueness of its American hops, Adelaide pairs beautifully with roasts, ribs, buffalo wings, burgers, and fries. Its bitterness also pairs perfectly with rich salads, especially those featuring white meat
