LIBURNA MERLOT TERRE SICILIANE IGP

Made from 100% Merlot grapes grown around the town of Trapani in South Western Sicily, the Merlot variety has adapted very successfully to the warmth of the Sicilian Summer. The wines produced are a vibrant crimson colour with purple highlights. On the nose the bouquet is soft and fruity with blackberries and blueberries dominating. In the mouth the fruit is both fresh and lightly spicy with a soft finish

Food Pairing: A very adaptable wine which could be served on its own or with a wide range of foods. Serve at room temperature or lightly chilled in the summer months to add extra freshness to the fruit
