Brilliant straw yellow in colour with a remarkably persistent perlage.  Very intense on the nose with notes of ripe fruit along with hints of crusty bread and hazelnuts.  Fresh and lively flavour enhanced by the velvety softness of the bubbles.  The finish offers nuances of citrus fruits and mineral sensations.

Food Pairing: Perfect served lightly chilled on its own as an aperitif, or with light dishes or seafood
