MAMARI SAUVIGNON BLANC TERRE SICILIANE IGP

Produced from vines grown at an altitude of 400 metres above sea level.  Light straw yellow colour, the aroma has notes of green pepper, tomato leaf and basil.  Intense fruity notes of exotic fruits such as pineapple and banana, pleasantly aromatic, persistent and smooth on the palate.

Serving Suggestion:  Perfect on its own as an aperitif or a great accompaniment to fish dishes, risotto and white meats.
