CONEGLIANO VALDOBBIADENE PROSECCO SUPERIORE DOCG EXTRA DRY LE CONTESSE

This DOCG Prosecco is straw yellow in colour and has a fine and persistent perlage.  It has an aromatic bouquet, fruity and floral with reminiscences of apple and pear with acacia flowers and wisteria.  Refreshing on the palate with balanced acidity and pleasant dry aftertaste .

Food Pairing:  A very versatile wine that is suitable for any occasion.  Excellent as an aperitif or an accompaniment to fish dishes.
