PASSOLE ROSSO DOC SICILIA

Made near the town of Trapani in South Western Sicily from a blend of native red grapes, it has an intense red colour.  Sweet and elegant with an intense bouquet of red fruit.  Soft on the palate with a great structure.

Food Pairing: A great pairing to red meats and mature cheeses.
