CHIANTI CLASSICO DOcg GIULIO STRACCALI 

Produced from selected hand picked grapes, the wine is aged in Slavonian or French oak barrels for 6 to 10 months and then refined further in bottle for about one month.  A lively ruby red with a fruity bouquet with hints of light spiciness released by the wood of the barrels.  Savoury and full bodied with flavours of dark cherries and violet notes and a hint of herbs.

Food Pairing: It pairs very well with grilled meats, antipasto and hearty pasta dishes.
