BIRRA FLEA JOLANDA BLACK IPA

A dark beer with a fine, persistent, light hazelnut-coloured head. The cold-hopping adds freshness to the nose, with the resinous, citrusy notes of the hops blending with the aroma of roasted malt. The bitterness is evident on the palate and blends beautifully with the cocoa and caramel flavours of the malt. The head is dense, creamy, and clinging.  Unfiltered, unpasteurized, top-fermented and refermented in the bottle.

Food Pairing: Jolanda’s rich bitter profile perfectly enhances the sweetness of grilled meats and pairs perfectly with aged cheeses.  The beer’s balance of sweetness and toast pairs beautifully with dark chocolate.
