BARBANERA SANGIOVESE BIANCO TOSCANA IGT 

Toscana Bianco Sangiovese is a unique Italian white wine made from the red Sangiovese grape, vinified “in bianco” (white) by quickly pressing to separate juice from skins, resulting in a light, fresh straw yellow wine with aromas of citrus, broom, quince and sour cherry, offering minerality and a slightly savoury palate.

Food Pairing: It pairs very well with white meats in citrus sauce, soft and smoked cheeses and pasta dishes with light white sauces.
