Intense purple red colour with violet highlights.  The nose opens with notes of red fruits and ripe cherries preserved in alcohol.  The palate is rounded and complex with fruity notes that match the aromas.

Food Pairing:  Excellent with cold cuts, cured meats, pasta dishes with meat sauces, vegetables and mushrooms
