MAKISE BIANCO FRIZZANTE IGT

Part of the grapes come from vineyards adjacent to the sea coast in front of the island of Mozia.  This semi-sparkling wine is straw yellow in colour with greenish highlights.  The bouquet has floral aromas with notes of orange and broom followed by flavours of sage and tomato leaf.  In the mouth it is fresh, mineral, easy to drink with a lively character.

Serving Suggestion: Enjoy on its own as an aperitif, or an ideal wine to pair fish and seafood, white meats and baked or sauteed vegetables.
