Made from 100% Italian apple juice (no concentrate), fine bubbles, delicate salmon pink colour, aromas of fresh apple with hints of wild strawberries are followed by complex, refreshing flavours of orchard and forest fruits.  The aftertaste is long, clean and fresh with a hint of creaminess.

Food Pairing: Serve chilled or over ice as an aperitif or to accompany a caprese salad.
