BARRAMUNDI SHIRAZ

Deep crimson in colour with intense wild berry aromas with pepper and a hint of oak.  Strong ripe plum and berry flavours perfectly marry the subtle oak characters.  A good lengthy Shiraz with a velvety tannin finish.

Food Pairing: A perfect match for braised red meats, aubergine parmigiana, or a good meat pie!
