BIANCO DI NERA FRIZZANTE g. milazzo

This semi-sparkling wine has a beautiful, deep straw yellow colour.  The nose is rich and complex.  Notes of yellow tropical fruits, such as pineapple and yellow peach emerge clearly followed by floral notes of dandelion and acacia honey on the finish.  Fresh and creamy on the palate, it reveals a delicate acidity.

Food Pairing:  Pairs very well with appetizers, light first courses, fish and white meats
