Straw yellow in colour with green reflections.  Complex and intense bouquet with spicy notes of dog rose and delicate nuances of mint and sage.  Mineral and intense body, it is a pleasant, easy to drink wine with a long aftertaste and a sweet spiciness.

Food Pairing: Ideal as an aperitif, but also the perfect companion to San Daniele ham, grilled shellfish or pasta dishes with seafood.
