Deep ruby red in colour, it has an intense aroma of spices, vanilla, cinnamon and wood. On the palate is it smooth and velvety with just a delicate hit of tannins. A full and rounded finish with an excellent aftertaste with hints of cherry, plum and vanilla.

Food Pairing: Excellent accompaniment to meat dishes, roasts and aged cheeses.
