BIRRA FLEA FEDERICO II EXTRA IPA

A deep yellow beer with woody highlights, distinguished by the generous use of American hops, which impart an intense, herbaceous bitterness and a fruity, resinous aroma. The head is creamy white, persistent, and dense, with good adherence to the glass.  Unfiltered, unpasteurized, top-fermented, and refermented in the bottle.

Food Pairing: The bitterness and aromatic notes of Federico II Extra blend in a pleasant contrast of flavours when paired with grilled meats, dried fruit, and aged cheeses, which perfectly enhance its bold character. It’s an ideal pairing with sweeter dishes like cheesecake, crème brûlée, or carrot cake
