CA’ DEL LAGO INZOLIA TERRE SICILIANE IGT 

Blessed with consistently bright sunshine and moderate rainfall, Sicily’s classic Mediterranean climate is ideally suited to the production of wine grapes.  This varietal has a pale straw yellow colour and is extremely fragrant with tropical aromas of pineapple and herbaceous notes.  Pleasantly fresh and lively with a long, dry, almond finish.

Food Pairing: Ideal as an aperitif or with risotto, light pasta dishes, vegetables and soft cheeses.
