EMPORIUM APPASSIMENTO ROSSO SALENTO IGT  

Emporium Appassimento is a red wine crafted with Negroamaro grapes, which is an indigenous varietal grown in the land of Salento.  Ruby red in colour with purple hues, it has an intense bouquet with notes of ripe fruit and jam.  Full bodied with smooth tannins and a long lasting finish with a hint of cherry jam.

Food Pairing: Perfect with all red meat dishes, wild game and seasoned cheeses.
