GATTINARA DOCG

The colour is ruby red with golden edges. The nose is fine and pleasant with hints of violets. In the mouth it is dry, harmonious with a lightly tannic aftertaste.

Food Pairing: Uncork several minutes before serving in a large glass. Excellent with rich meats and game and local traditional dishes.
