MANDUS PRIMITIVO DI MANDURIA DOP PIETRA PURA 

Produced with grapes selected in the Salento area of Puglia and aged in oak for 4 months.  It has an intense ruby red colour with purple reflections.  Ripe cherries and plums on the nose followed by pleasant notes of cocoa and vanilla.

Food Pairing: It pairs perfectly with meat sauces, game and aged cheeses.
