Aged in barrique for 12 to 15 months followed by a further 3 months in bottle. A deep ruby red colour with violet hues. Fragrant and fruity nose with a blend of spicy undertones, liquorice & vanilla notes. Harmonic, full bodied & intense with a delightfully lingering finish.

Food Pairing: Delicious served with roasted red meats, game and mature cheeses.
