Intense, ruby red colour with violet hues.  It has an intense and persistent bouquet reminiscent of violets and primroses.  Ample taste, good body, very harmonious and inviting.

Food Pairing: Perfect with any course, but it goes particularly well with game, pasta and all kind of cheeses.
