Pecorino Gran Rustico is a traditional, semi hard canestrato-style Italian sheep’s milk cheese featuring distinct basket patterned rind and a robust, savoury flavour profile.

100% pasteurised cheep’s milk.  Semi-hard with a compact, crumbly paste that becomes ideal for grating if aged longer.  Matured for a minimum of approx. 90 days.  Bold and savoury flavour making it versatile for antipasti, table use, or grating over traditional pasta dishes.
