Straw yellow in appearance, this generous, well balanced Pinot Grigio has a rich & fruity aroma. Light bodied, this wine is dry & crisp and fruit on the palate with undertones of almond.

Food Pairing: It goes extraordinarily well with seafood, and the young crisp variety that has good acidity is great with oysters. This wine is also especially good with scaloppine and is a perfect accompaniments to light pasta dishes with either fish or cream sauces. Drink well chilled.
