Intense ruby red in colour, it is bursting with light cranberry and raspberry flavours.  The palate is round with a silky texture and plush red fruits and spices, all layered with deep mineral undertones.

Food Pairing: Perfect with traditional Umbrian meals, roasted meat, game, rabbit and aged cheeses.
