SAN GAETANO RISERVA PRIMITIVO DI MANDURIA DOP

Long ageing in French and American oak barriques, then in bottle. Ruby red in colour with purple reflections.  The nose offers hints of morello cherry, plum followed by gentle spice notes and a chocolate finish.  Elegant and enveloping in the mouth with a perfect balance between softness, freshness and flavour.

Food Pairing: A perfect accompaniment to baked lamb, stews with spicy sauces, cured meats and aged cheeses.
