Recònta represents the excellence of Cagnulari di Alghero.  Each bottle comes from a careful selection of Cagnulari clusters.  Ruby red in colour with violet reflections.  Spicy aromas with notes of black fruits and a hint of Mediterranean scrub.  A full-bodied, balanced, spicy wine, with a full taste and long, silky tannins.

Food Pairing: Perfect accompaniment to medium aged cheeses, risottos, roasted red or white meats.
