RIPASSO DELLA VALPOLICELLA DOC “SCUOLA GRANDE” 

Vivid colour with subtle garnet reflections displaying good depth. The bouquet is elegant and complex with aromas of roasted hazelnuts & tobacco notes followed by juicy cherry jam notes and lingering vanilla spices. On the palate this wine is full bodied and well structured with excellent persistence and flavour profile. Great ageing potential.

Food Pairing: Excellent with savoury first courses such as tomato based pastas, barbecued meats and seasoned dishes.
