ROCCA SVEVA RECIOTO DI SOAVE CLASSICO DOC 

The Soave grapes selected to make this prestigious wine are left to dry on rafters before being crushed in late February. In the old wineries in Soave, after a lengthy and careful processing of the grapes, we produce this wine featuring a gold yellow colour. Its fining in oak casks gives this wine a pleasant spicy and intense aroma and a full-bodied, well-rounded and persistent flavour.
