Strega Alberti

Strega, meaning “witch” in Italian, is a herbal liqueur produced since 1860 by Distilleria Liquore Strega in Campania, Italy. It is yellow in colour, due to the saffron used during its making. It is slightly sweet with mint notes and a smooth, soft finish.

Serving Suggestion: Typically drunk as an aperitif straight or over ice. Alternatively used as a flavouring for “Torta Caprese” cake.
