VIN SANTO DEL CHIANTI CLASSICO DOCG ROCCA DELLE MACIE 

The well-ripened grapes are partially dried out and the must is transferred to typical 200-liter oak casks for at least three years. Vin Santo naturally acquires its alcohol and sugar as its unique organoleptic qualities come into their own.  The final colour is intensely golden yellow and the bouquet is rich with honey nectar dried fruits.  Wonderfully smooth and rich with a very good structure.

Food Pairing: A superb dessert wine, which can be enjoyed on its own at the end of a meal, alongside a pastry dessert or traditionally with Italian Cantuccini biscotti.
