BORGO CONVENTI sauvignon DOC COLLIO 

Straw yellow in colour with lively greenish shades.  On the nose it is vibrant, very complex and characteristic.  The aromas of green pepper, tomato leaf and peach perfectly complement the floral scents, mineral note of flint, and slight hint of sage.  This wine is elegant, has a good backbone and a long, aromatic finish.

Serving Suggestion:   A perfect accompaniment to flavour rich starters, asparagus based risottos, grilled or fried fish, seafood and white meat dishes.
