Ruby red in colour with garnet hints.  Bright fruitiness with maraschino cherries, blood oranges, sweet violets and peonies.  This elegant medium bodied wine has refined tannins and refreshing acidity.

Food Pairing: Red meat dishes and aged, savoury cheeses.  Uncork the bottle a few hours before pouring.
