GRILLO DOC SICILIA INTRIGO

A soft pale straw yellow in colour with a delightful aroma of ripe apricots blended with Mediterranean herbs such as thyme and rosemary. On the palate it is fresh but with an underlying weight of ripe fruit which balances the acidity and creates a delicious harmony of flavours with a good length of flavour on the finish.

Food Pairing: Serve lightly chilled with grilled fish, shellfish and creamy chicken dishes.
