Straw yellow in colour with greenish highlights.  Delicate and fine aromas of exotic fruits such as pineapple, mango and papaya with floral notes and a hint of Mediteranean herbs.  Fresh with a good concentration of fruit and almond hints on the finish.

Food Pairing:  Ideal for accompanying fish dishes, seafood, mixed salads, or as an aperitif.  Best served at a temperature of 10 – 12° C.
