LE SABBIE DELL’ETNA BIANCO DOC

Produced from grapes grown in the sandy volcanic soil on the North-Eastern side of Mount Etna at 720 meter above sea level. This wine is clear straw yellow with a greenish tinge. It has hints of yellow flowers like mimosa and broom on the nose and fruity aromas of white peaches and ripe pears. Full and rich in texture, its lasting freshness and fragrance fill the mouth.

Food Pairing: The perfect wine to be paired with fish, seafood and chicken dishes. Best served at a temperature of 10-12 degrees celsius
