Intense ruby red in colour with purple hues.  It has ripe red fruit flavours with hints of vanilla, cocoa and spicy notes.  Full bodied, velvety and well structured.

Food Pairing: Excellent with steak, beef or pork dishes, matured cheeses, or simply enjoy on its own!
