CUORIARSI PASSITO ALEATICO DOLCE SALENTO IGP

Although sweet wines are now a niche market they are a very important part of the Puglian wine culture supported by old stories of popular culture and by the work of stubborn and traditional winemakers. The grapes are handpicked late and then left to dry on the racks. The wine produced from this nectar is then aged in 50 litre casks for at least 5 years.

An orange-red colour with violet flashes; it is rich with a good structure and full softness and elegance on the nose. In the mouth it explodes with a rich sweetness and flavours of toasted almonds, sugared fruits and honey.

Food Pairing: The perfect wine to be served with desserts, pastries and spicy cheeses.
