ROSATO SALENTO IGP “ROSALITA” 

A superb example of Rosé produced from Negroamaro and Black Malvasia grapes specially selected in September. Light coral pink in colour, the delicate soft summer fruit aroma is warm and inviting and the ripe, strawberry fruits on the palate are fresh and appealing.

Food Pairing: Perfect when served with antipasti, fresh fish and shellfish and poultry dishes.
